We are a community in Tokyo and Kanagawa practicing mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village, now in our 13th year. Please join us!

 


 

 

 

We welcome everyone to join our mindfulness practice of total relaxation, sitting, walking, singing,..etc and monthly recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village. The practices are simple, easy, yet deep and lovely.

You are warmly invited to practice as part of our community from the comfort of your home. In consderation of the corrent situation with Covid-19, we are offering one more online mindfulness practice via Zoom, instead of meeting in person at Osaragi Jiro Memorial Museum in Yokohama.
