We would like to invite everyone to our annual three-day mindfulness retreat in Nagano. This time, we will have a wonderful monastic teacher leading this retreat. Thay Kai Ly is a Buddhist monk, and experienced meditation teacher who is a long-term guest teacher at Plum Village, a mindfulness practice center founded by zen master Thich Nhat Hanh in the south of France.
This event is suitable for all practitioners. From those new to mindfulness who join for the first time to learn about mindfulness, meditation or self-care, to seasoned practitioners and those
who seek to benefit from deep rest and relaxation in body and mind.
